 | President: Megan Weeks, MPA, SHRM-SCPAssociate Director, Workforce and Organizational Development Member since September 2011 Megan is an Associate Director for Workforce and Organizational Development at the Prairie Research Institute, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Formerly, she worked in Human Resources at Developmental Services Center. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, going to concerts, spending time in Florida and outdoors, watching sports specifically Illini, and spending time with family and friends. |
| President-Elect & Certification Director: Kim Summers, MHRIR, SHRM-SCP, CWP SVP | Director of Associate Wellness Kim Summers, SVP | Director of Associate Wellness at Busey Bank, leads the organization’s comprehensive, holistic health and wellness strategy, enhancing the health and wellbeing of associates to build resilient and thriving teams. With over 20 years of HR experience in diverse functions and leadership responsibilities, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health and Health Planning & Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resources from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kim is also a SCORE mentor supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners and is an avid supporter of St. Jude, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the United Way. At home, she enjoys every moment with her family and friends, dog walks, travel, golf, reading, time at the gym and Illini sports. |

  | Professional Development Director: Leslie Chenoweth, M.Ed Senior Human Resources Manager Leslie has been in Human Resources for 15 years, holds a Master’s Degree in Education, Policy, and Organizational Leadership with a concentration in HR Development from the U of I and a BS in HR Management from Northern Illinois University. She spends her spare time with her rescue dog, family, and friends. She also loves to read, travel, listen to crime podcasts, and is always up for an adventure. |
| Website Director: Jacinda Crawmer, SHRM-SCP, M.Ed Human Resources Director Jacinda holds a SHRM-SCP and has over 10 years leadership experience in the human resources field. She currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District, where she leads a team overseeing HR operations for over 400 employees. Her work focuses on recruitment, employee development, compliance, and fostering an inclusive workplace. Formerly, she served as the Director of Human Resources at USD#116 where she started her career as a 6th Grade Teacher. |

HR Director Phone: 217-337-9010 Member since September 2001 | Previous Board Positions: President-Elect, President, Past President Paige is the HR Director for Cunningham Children's Home. Prior to that, she served as HR Director for DCC Propane and The Bromley Group of Companies. She completed her MBA at the University of Illinois with a concentration in healthcare management and human resources. In her spare time, Paige enjoys running (OK—she admits it’s mostly for the bling!), traveling, spending time with her husband and two kids, and is a HUGE Disney fan. |
| Marketing Director: Ali NeaultHuman Resources Business Partner I’m a builder by nature. From owning a business in Chicago to leading Workforce Planning and Career Development at the VP level, I’ve learned that the best organizations are built on two things: smart data and genuine human connection. Currently, I’m focused on modernizing HR through AI-enabled workflows and inclusive talent frameworks. I’m known for being a roadblock remover by helping leaders navigate complex organizational shifts by listening first and then quoting policy. Outside of the office, I’m a mentor and advocate dedicated to creating a more inclusive workforce. I’m here to make work better, people stronger, and the whole process a lot more human. I’m a firm believer in direct empathy, strategic transparency, and never losing my sense of humor in the process. |

I hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership certification from Cornell University, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Governor’s State University and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois. Outside of work, I love cooking, crafting, and spending quality time with my family. |
