Topic:  Leadership vs. Management

Leadership and management are two very different things.  Anthony will discuss the differences between the two and how you can become a better leader by understanding the two concepts.

Bio:  During his expansive career in Naval Aviation, Anthony developed in-depth knowledge of leadership of complex organizations, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, training and development, mentorship, quality assurance, safety compliance and community engagement. Bottom-line, he knows how to build teams, get results and take care of the people who make any organization successful.  He graduated from the Citadel with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and received his Master’s in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.  During his 29 years in active duty with the Navy, he was a naval aviator, served multiple deployments, and did staff tours in DC.  He retired last summer and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the High School of St. Thomas More.
