A Unique Approach to Having Difficult Conversations

Lunch at 11:30, meeting starts at noon.

Registration:  Please RSVP no later than Thursday, March 7 if attending in person to ensure adequate resources.

By utilizing intentionality, difficult conversations can quickly turn from a negative to a positive simply by eliminating Mischief™ and focusing on trust. During our conversation, you will be introduced to our concept of Mischief™ and how it can be used to enhance your ability to have those difficult conversations when they arise.

The Mischief ™ model is critical in understanding the importance of intention in the pursuit of aligning perception and reality. Misalignment in these areas can generate the need for difficult conversations to take place while also negatively impacting productivity and trust. Additionally, we will discuss how to utilize different approaches to resolving conflict based on the importance of the outcome and relationship.

Providing awareness around intentionality, perception, reality, and effective conflict resolution will provide unique insight into how to have difficult trust building conversation with your team.
