The FMLA is a constant source of headaches for every HR professional. It can be difficult to understand what rules apply and our obligations as employers. It can be frustrating to manage FMLA leave on your own. And it can feel impossible to avoid stepping into FMLA pitfalls. During the session, we’ll go through what you need to know about FMLA, how to effectively manage FMLA, and work through multiple examples of FMLA issues in the workplace.
