Presenter Bio:
Sheri Shannon is a Certified Financial Coach and the driving force behind the University of Illinois Community Credit Union’s award-winning Partnership Program as its Assistant Vice President. With a deep passion for expanding access to financial education, Sheri is dedicated to building strategic alliances with business leaders to bring financial health resources to their employees. Under her leadership, the program has been recognized for its innovative approach and positive impact on the community.

Sheri believes that financial literacy is the key to unlocking a brighter future for everyone. This belief fuels her commitment to empowering individuals through education and support.

Personally, Sheri has been happily married to her husband for 39 years. They have one son who, along with his wonderful wife, has blessed them with three amazing grandchildren. In her free time, Sheri loves to play in her gardens, read, travel, and spend quality time with her family. Her commitment to empowering individuals through financial literacy, combined with her love for family and hobbies, makes her a well-rounded and inspiring leader.
